My First IFBB Pro Competition

Ok, I want to share with you about my amazingly inspiring experience at my very first Pro Competition on September 3, 2023. I was so excited when I got to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and felt very confident about what I was bringing to the show. It was at the same place I had just won my Pro Card at in July a few months prior.

I had no idea from check ins how many women I would be competing with in the 50+ category. When I got backstage and saw all the incredibly fit women from age 60+ to 40 in all categories from bikini to bodybuilding, I felt so honored to be amongst the best of the best. There were so many beautiful women dedicated to this sport, just like me. I was beyond inspired! It definitely pumped me up before the show. I also looked around and realized I am definitely in the right spot and couldn't wait to improve more in this Pro League journey.

Just like the quote “Iron Sharpens Iron” sums it up for me perfectly.
